This first video's phrase was transcribed from the piece "Solar" off Metheny's album "Question and Answer". <br /><br />About the Jazz Guitarist's Signature Series: Each lesson checks out the improvisational style of an influential artist within the history of jazz guitar. This is done through a brief transcribed riff, most likely repeated over a reoccurring harmonic cadence (eg. II-V-I).
